Thank you for shopping with Alana Interiors. We understand that you may have to return your item(s) for numerous reasons and therefore, you can return your items to us within 21 days of purchase. This ONLY applies to items bought online. 

Any items purchased in store that are unsuitable can only be exchanged or a credit voucher will be issued.

Please note that sale items are also exchange or credit only. 

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • Items that appear to have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Items that do not have original tags attached. 
  • Items that appear to be damaged.
  • Items which are outside of our 21 day return policy.

We will contact you when we receive your return if any of the above apply.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Please post your item back to us using your local post office or courier. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item has been sent, please get in touch with us via email: info@alanainteriors.com and we will cover the shipping cost back to us. 

Where is my refund?

Our online team try to process returns as quickly as they can. You will receive an SMS/email when your refund has been processed but please allow up to another 3-5 days for your bank to process this refund.
