Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame stated when you checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your delivery time frame has passed and you have not received your order, please email us at info@alanainteriors.com. 

Can I amend my order once I have placed it?

Once you place your order our online team work extremely hard to start packing and dispatching as quickly as possible. Therefore, once the order is placed it is highly unlikely that we can change and modify orders. If you are unhappy with your items or no longer require them, you have 21 days to return your item for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders unless we receive notification via email to info@alanainteriors.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel unfortunately.
