Please allow up to 48 hours and wait for an email saying your order is ready before you come in. Orders not collected within 7 days of that message will be refunded automatically.
Delivery questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Our team works hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't heard from us within 7 days of placing your order, please email info@alanainteriors.com or message us on social media.
Where is my order?
Your order should arrive within the delivery time shown at checkout. If that time has passed and your order hasn't arrived, email info@alanainteriors.com and we'll look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start packing orders very quickly, so we're unlikely to be able to change an order once it's placed. To cancel, email info@alanainteriors.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't been processed yet.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return online purchases for a full refund within 21 days, as long as items are unworn, undamaged and have all their original tags. See our returns and refunds page for details.
