How it works

  1. Choose Local Pick Up

    At checkout, choose Local Pick Up and select the store you'd like to collect from.

  2. Wait for our email

    Orders are usually ready within 24 hours on working days. Weekend orders are ready when the store reopens on Tuesday morning.

    Please don't come in until you've received our email saying your order is ready.

  3. Collect your order

    Bring your order confirmation email and give a sales assistant your name and order number. At Alana Interiors, please collect from the boutique upstairs.

  4. Try it on

    You're welcome to try your items on when you collect, and return anything that isn't right there and then.

Collecting for someone else? Just give the sales assistant their name and order number.

Items from more than one store

If your order includes items from different boutiques, each part will be ready to collect from the store it's in. We'll email you when each one is ready.

Prefer to collect everything from one store? Just ask and we'll transfer it for you, but please allow a little extra time while it's moved.

Collect within 7 days

Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving our email saying it's ready. Orders not collected after 7 days will be refunded automatically.

Is Click & Collect free?

Yes. Local Pick Up is free from all of our stores.

When will my order be ready?

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed at the weekend will be ready when the store reopens on Tuesday morning. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. They'll just need to give a sales assistant your name and order number.

Where do I collect at Alana Interiors?

Please go to the boutique upstairs, where a sales assistant will help you.

Can I try my items on when I collect?

Yes. You're welcome to try everything on, and you can return anything that isn't right there and then.

Can I collect my whole order from one store?

Yes. If your order includes items from different boutiques, just ask and we'll transfer them to the store of your choice. Please allow a little extra time for this.
