Alana Rewards is our way of saying thank you for supporting our independent boutiques. It's free to join, your points never expire, and redeeming your rewards is simple, whether you're visiting one of our boutiques or shopping from home.
How it adds up
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on full-price items, before VAT – so every £120 you spend gives you 100 points, worth £10 off.

What is Alana Rewards?
Alana Rewards is our free loyalty scheme, and our way of saying thank you for supporting our independent boutiques. You earn points every time you shop with us, and every 100 points gives you £10 off.
How does £120 become £10 off?
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, calculated on the price before VAT. So when you spend £120, £100 of that counts towards points, giving you 100 points – which is worth £10 off.
Where can I earn and use my points?
In our three boutiques – Alana Interiors, Alana High Street and Alana Holywood – and online at alanainteriors.com. Alana Rewards doesn't apply at Gather at Alana.
Do I earn points on sale items?
Points are earned on full-price items only, so sale and reduced items don't earn points. You can still use your rewards on sale items, though.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points never expire, so you can save them up and use them whenever suits you.
Are my in-store and online points combined?
Yes. You have one shared balance, so points from our boutiques and from online orders all add up together. Just make sure you use the same email address in store and online.
How do I check my points?
In store, just ask any of our team. Online, log in to your account and click the Alana Rewards icon to see your points and available rewards.
What happens to my points if I return something?
If you return an item, the points you earned on it are removed from your balance. If you used a reward on an order and then return it, we'll give the reward back to you to use again.
Can I earn bonus points?
Not at the moment – points are earned on your purchases only. We'll let members know if that changes.
Terms and conditions
- Alana Rewards is free to join. Membership is limited to one account per person, linked to one email address.
- Points are earned at 1 point for every £1 spent on full-price items, calculated on the price excluding VAT. Points are not earned on sale or reduced items.
- Points can be earned and redeemed at Alana Interiors, Alana High Street, Alana Holywood and alanainteriors.com. Alana Rewards does not apply at Gather at Alana.
- Every 100 points can be redeemed for £10 off a future purchase. Rewards can be used on full-price and sale items.
- Points can't be added for purchases made before you joined, or for purchases where your account wasn't used.
- Points do not expire.
- If an item is returned, the points earned on that item will be removed from your balance. If a reward was used on an order that is later returned, the reward will be added back to your account.
- Rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or gift cards, and can't be transferred to another person.
- Online, rewards are applied as a unique discount code at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per online order.
- Alana Interiors reserves the right to change, suspend or end the Alana Rewards scheme, or to remove points gained through misuse, at any time. Where possible we will give members notice of any changes.
