How do I track my order status?
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly; amendments are unlikely once submitted. If you need to cancel, email info@alanainteriors.com immediately. Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed.
What is your online return policy?
Items bought online can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes between 2 and 3 business days for standard delivery. Shipping varies between countries, full details can be found on our shipping page.
Do you offer delivery and local pickup?
The online store delivers fashion and interiors products to customers in the UK and internationally, allowing shoppers to order from anywhere. Local pickup is available from our flagship store in Lurgan.
