Orders

Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame stated when you checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If your delivery time frame has passed and you have not received your order, please email us at info@alanainteriors.com. 

Can I amend my order once I have placed it?

Once you place your order our online team work extremely hard to start packing and dispatching as quickly as possible. Therefore, once the order is placed it is highly unlikely that we can change and modify orders. If you are unhappy with your items or no longer require them, you have 21 days to return your item for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders unless we receive notification via email to info@alanainteriors.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel unfortunately. 

Local Pick Up

*Our local pick up service is currently unavailable due to the current Government restrictions*

Free and easy click and collect service. Our pick up location is: 

Alana Interiors (Upstairs), 9-10 Kitchen Hill, Lurgan, BT66 6AZ, NI

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received an SMS/email to inform you that your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow 48 hours from when you placed your order until it is ready for collection, for example, if you order on a Monday afternoon, please allow up until Wednesday afternoon to receive a notification that your order is ready for collection. 

We ask that you please come and collect your order within 7 days of pick up notification. After 7 days, we will automatically refund your order if we have not been notified otherwise.

Shipping

Due to the current global pandemic, please allow up to seven days for your order to be dispatched.

Our team are working very hard behind the scenes to get orders out as quickly as possible but if you do not receive a shipment SMS/email within 7 days of placing an order, please email info@alanainteriors.com.

Returns and Refunds

*Latest Lockdown as of 24/12/2020- Our shop is closed so we can only accept returns via post* 

*All items that have been returned to us are quarantined for 72 hours before they are processed*

Thank you for shopping with Alana Interiors. We understand that you may have to return your item(s) for numerous reasons and therefore, you can return your items to us within 21 days of purchase. This ONLY applies to items bought online. 

Any items purchased in store that are unsuitable can only be exchanged or a credit voucher will be issued.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

We will contact you when we receive your return if any of the above apply.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Please post your item back to us using your local post office or courier. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item has been sent, please get in touch with us via email: info@alanainteriors.com and we will cover the shipping cost back to us. 

Where is my refund?

Our online team try to process returns as quickly as they can. You will receive an SMS/email when your refund has been processed but please allow up to another 3-5 days for your bank to process this refund.
